  1. What should happen, is that at the planning stage of any large development, all Solar Power Panels should be included in the build cost which would be the cheapest way for energy schemes for lighting car parks and surrounding area’s.
    The new Premier Inn would have benefited from this and they would not be seen as on a field next to a main road.
