  1. I believe there is one point on which Cllr Rixson is not correct because she has based her statement on inaccurate information from the council. According to a respondent on a previous or facebook thread there is no separate rates/council charge for the huts because the rent and rates were combined some years back for administrative convenience. So the tenants do currently pay their rates as part of a combined charge. Was this disguised on purpose or just because of inefficient admin, possibly in the past?
