Will some jump or will they be pushed – and why? Is Skypark needing (more) top-up funds? Will there be any (secret?) golden goodbyes? Any pension top-ups?
Do we expect transparency? Er …

Not exactly rumours – there have been parts of cabinet meetings held with public excluded (in secret?????) discussing something around this area for some months.
However, assuming that they intend to get rid of some (presumably reasonably senior) offices, the real questions in my mind are:
1. What are the real reasons for getting rid of them? Are these genuine cost cutting redundancies or were they arguing the legality or appropriateness of EDDC leadership decisions?
2. Are they going to be made redundant on reasonable and transparent terms, or are they going to be “persuaded” to go by significant hush money payments made under a confidential “cooperation agreement”?
3. Will these people be replaced? And if so, will the replacements be “yes” persons, cronies, relatives or people rewarded for “services rendered”?
