  1. Interesting reading on your site about transparency in political funding. People from all sides are increasingly disappointed by this returning issue, which as you rightly point out is a consistent challenge to the perceived integrity of ALL parties – which your coverage reflects well.

    That said, today’s Observer runs a story about a fund maintained by the Conservatives which supplies funds to Constituency Parties. This suddenly makes it feel much closer to home:
