  1. More excellent news to follow ‘Jurassica’ to the east – this time from the Exeter Science Park Centre, which is at the heart of the first phase of the Exeter Science Park in the west end of East Devon.
I am pleased to be able to confirm the excellent progress in the delivery of the Science Park Centre. As part of the Exeter Science Park within the Exeter and East Devon Growth Point, the Science Park Centre will soon be providing top quality facilities for technology and research based ‘start-up’ companies as well as those and of all sizes in grow-on phase. These will help the provision of well paid, year round employment opportunities for both East Devon and Exeter.
Should declare a personal interest as a Director (unpaid, for avoidance of any doubt) of Exeter Science Park Ltd, and that East Devon District Council is helping it all happen, as a shareholder.
A great morning for the future of the East Devon economy – what next?

  2. Thanks to Ian for reinforcing the point that Skypark is somewhat lacklustre by comparison.

Perhaps EDDC should move to the Science Park instead??
