As part of 14/2032/CPE planning application to get rid of the agricultural covenant on his home, disgraced ex-councillor Graham Brown has provided a cash flow document of his income from various sources over the last 10 years.

From this document, it appears that he spent the same amount of time on public service in 2013 (when he was a councillor for 3.5 months) as he did in the whole of the 12 months of 2008 when he was a district councillor, chair of EDBF, member of COC, Business Champion, Chair of the LDF panel and Deputy Leader.
