  1. Its funny isn’t it that Hugo Swire can “fix” the drains in Sidmouth and Ottery but cannot wave his magic wand for Feniton where flooding is much, much more frequent.

    Do you think that Mr. Swire has his finger on this pulse? Or perhaps the photo-opportunities for mutual back-patting with Cllr. Bond are just nowhere near as good as they were with Cllr. Dobson.

    Oh – and Susie is far too smart to be photographed in front of a shop with the word Mugs behind her.
