At one point in the court in the afternoon yesterday there was a fairly long recess while the Chairman and laypeople drafted their summary. During much of that time Mr Cohen paced back and forth in deep discussion on his phone.
Wasit pethaps that the proceedings had rattled in him and that’s when The EDDC press office suddenly announced the building was up for sale?
Has anyone seen the aporopriate committee resolution where members have sanctioned this?
