More women in low-paid part-time jobs – bodes well for employers with nursing homes

  1. Women in part-time, low-paid jobs will mean they are in reduced circumstances when they retire, as any contributions into a pension scheme will also be derisory.

Is this not what the Government wants, after the facts of County Councils selling their care homes, they need to have people working for even lower rates then they themselves paid, so to keep the very high costs of private care down to an acceptable level. It is a Win Win situation and another reason for having an excuse to have many more people from abroad coming to work here, to fill all the job vacancies in nursing homes.
