1. There are lots of Tory posters around in farmers fields (and, it might be thought unwisely, on developers` land) but not many in private dwellings in East Devon. On the householder poster count Claire Wright easily outpolls Hugo.
   But in this pic Hugo seems to be going for the cow vote. Until there is full bovine emancipation this seems a rather pointless exercise.
