  1. Congratulations to East Devon Alliance Councillor Marianne Rixson for her extensive research into beach huts service offered by other local authorities. It has obviously made the Asset Management Forum and the Cabinet think again. I don’t know whether this latest proposal is a better option – I leave it to the local populations to comment on that.
