“The uSwitch.com study assessed 138 local areas (NUTS3 regions) for 26 factors such as salaries, disposable household income, and the cost of essential goods including food bills, fuel costs and energy bills. The study also factored in lifestyle issues like hours of sunshine, working hours and life expectancy to ensure a full picture of the quality of life in each NUTS3 region.”
Devon one of the worst places to live? B****cks! Who makes this rubbish up??
Ah! It’s appeared in the Tory press… Perhaps this is why the incumbent MP is rarely seen here!

1. The incumbent MP for East Devon doesn’t even have a home in East Devon.
2. The incumbent MP has not said anything in Parliament about East Devon for at least the last 18 months since I have been watching out for it.
3. I can’t find the reference right now, but if memory serves me, the incumbent MP said that he enjoyed “visiting” East Devon. That says it all really.
