Maybe ask how they plan to have 100+ units on a site that is now in the Local Plan for 50?

  1. I believe it was more like 118 units and a possible average price of around £450K. Only for people over 60 though…

    Item 27 of the recent Inspector’s report comments on the ‘high concentration of elderly people, particularly in the coastal towns of Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth and Seaton’ and ‘that the plan’s strategy risks the coastal towns becoming the preserve of affluent retirees which cannot be healthy or sustainable.’

    Does anyone else spot a connection here?
