Several people have said that this will be their last year renting due to the costs – so we will have to see whether there is still more latent demand (though of course, if there was still latent demand, then the 6% would have been rented) to take up those people’s huts next year.
Also, sounds like we need an FoI to establish the real facts on proportion still rented.
