It’s just that S106 money which had been held in abeyance is being paid!

  1. I see that Cohen was moaning about comments from the public being ill-informed on this matter. Is it not within his recollection that getting information out of EDDC on it was so like getting blood out of a stone it was necessary to take EDDC to court to comply with FOIs?
