Tory parachute candidate Jupp claims Tories are what’s keeping a few trains running in South West Rail 27 day strike!

How? What have Tories to do with which trains are running or not running in a strike? It’s purely an operational decision. This guy is seriously confused!

Owl knows Boris Johnson is confused – it seems to be contagious!
