Is there a score low enough to match my contempt for Hugo Swire who is completely useless as a constituency MP having said NOTHING about East Devon in Parliament for months if not years, and who did respond to my first letter to him, but only with a reply that should have been sent to someone else???

On the new rateyourmp site Hugo rates as:
the 62nd most expensive MP per vote of 649 MPs – so he is in the top 10%of most expensive MPs
the 69th worst performing MP in terms of proportion of votes he participates in.
And as pointed out in a previous blog entry, he costs us almost £200k in salary and perks and does practically nothing for his constituency.
