No news of exactly what these “unforeseen delays” are or when the station will open, leaving many people who anticipated commuting by rail from the town relying on their cars. There are already severe parking problems in the town.

These include the complications with building the entrance over an important sewer that runs parallel with the rail line, and also with the railway’s signalling system.”
Are they trying to say that they did not know when they were planning the layout of the station about the existence of an important sewer or the fact that cabling for the signalling system runs alongside the railway ? If so, somebody could not have been doing their job properly!
