The Express & Echo article says “the Devon MPs [plural] had a meeting with Mr Gummer and quite a large number of officials from various organisations were there including Monitor and NHS England for an update on the Success Regime.”
I wonder whether the Devon MPs at this meeting included Hugo Swire, and if so what was his position on this fiasco?
