Our summary: more houses and trying to persuade internet providers to connect mote rural areas.

Does it cut the mustard for rural communities: hhhmmm.

  1. We have heard this all before, a high percentage of new builds in rural, tourist areas end up in the ownership of second home owners or ‘buy to lets’ ; this does not resolve the issues of youngsters being able to own buy their own homes, it also pushes up the prices.
