“Where there is a will, there is a way” suggests that the CEO is crossing his fingers and hoping that a solution will turn up – or rather hoping that these other organisations will call in favours and find a solution to problems of his making.
But surely the solution is obvious!!!
Build the Honiton offices first and relocate the Honiton staff there. Then there will be space at the Knowle for all these organisations to occupy whilst Exmouth Town Hall is refurbished.
Or is that just too sensible????
