Well, I guess she believes that the most important part of policing is visibility because visibility creates trust. And of course she is not wrong except for one crucial point – that it is the police who need to be visible rather than being eclipsed by the visibility of a self-publicising Police & Crime Commissioner who clearly doesn’t understand that.
