So not exactly “temporary” then…
Isn’t it funny how the Conservative EDDC leadership get PP / council agreement on the basis that it is “temporary” for (say) one year, then soon after gaining agreement it suddenly turns out to be 4 or more years instead?
And this is not exactly the first time that this has happened…
Possible explanations:
* They are utterly incompetent at planning and do not learn from previous mistakes
* They are lying bar stewards and this is their Modus Operandi
* Both of the above
