Breaking – next leader of Tories: Badenoch or Jenrick

Right! – Owl

Tim Farron

Well…blimey! I think this could actually be the point when the Tory party ceases to be a movement contending for government. Lib Dems now have a very serious responsibility and opportunity to fill the gap.  This is our moment.

  1. As a regulator Ofwat are ineffective anyway, they are supposed to oversee the observance of the laws relating to the distribution of domestic water and the environmental impact of sewerage and the welfare of consumers but they are slow to act, their fines are nugatory compared to the scale of operation and revenue of the Water Companies and now they are seemingly advocating South West Water carrying out seasonal tariff experimentation on “selected” consumers without even getting informed consent from the people “selected” – they say that consent would not produce the results they want – which is not legal under UK law – anybody else fancy grabbing people off the streets of the UK and carrying out forced experimentation on them ? – so what a joke they are as a regulator along with their cozy neighbours in Birmingham the so called Consumer Council for Water.
