Perhaps Kevin McCloud might like to see pictures of Cranbrook? These houses are definitely examples of builders “churning out the same old boxes” (as if more examples were needed).
Have you seen how many they have crammed in? If you don’t believe me, go and have a look. There was a song by Malvina Reynolds (1962) called “Little Boxes”, which sums up Cranbrook perfectly, except for the fact that there are no doctors…
