  1. “The Heart of the South West Local Enterprise Partnership (HotSW LEP) is a partnership of 17 Local Authorities, 2 National Parks, 4 Universities and 10 FE Colleges across the county and unitary areas of Devon, Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay”. That is a full direct quote — and I thought there were some business leaders in there somewhere! Not a mention!!!
