Oh, brilliant. People go to the Visitor Centre and find themselves between a massive Tesco and a main road with retirement flats directly north (Jubilee Lodge) directly east (Haven Court) directly south (Homebaye House) and now, directly to the west a new block where the hotel should be.
What a message that sends to visitors to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast and the Wetland (which will be lost from view by the rest of the Tesco housing estate)!
