Unfortunately. We in Exmouth have had the experience of purposed sea front development, over the last few years where we have been left with an empty building site looking an eye-sore for a considerable time. This will not attract more visitors in fact it puts people off the very things we want improving. Our Council know this but will they tell EDDC it must not be allowed.
