It’s election year part 601

…. when your MP, after putting his nose down drains, then picks up a shovel. The giveaway is that he does it wearing a suit and tie!

  1. Theres a chap with a shovel looking jolly smug about wielding a tool usually brandished by lesser mortals… your letter says he goes by the name Hugo Swire.
    I have lived in Exmouth for 47 years, can anybody tell me who this fellow is , and what he does for East Devon ?
