Tory councillors Ian Hall and Tom Wright get their knickers in a real twist about Hall’s call for councillors to submit to Disclosure and Barring checks.

  1. Conservatives, openness, transparency – and all in one sentence! Really? Yes we saw evidence of that in the meetings for closing of hospitals and CCGs. Tom Wright’s remarks were offensive. But nice to have your honesty declared for 10 mins. and £22.
