  1. I must take issue with this. Owl is not so vigilant to realise that I am a different owl. You have orange eyes yet mine are light. If by vigilance you mean constant regurgitation of anti-Tory rhetoric with little to no focus on the District or actions of the ruling party of East Devon District Council then you are being very vigilant. Well done and keep it up.
