  1. Unfortunately with actions like this people are showing their absolute ignorance about our political system. For much of the time that Parliament will not be sitting it is not scheduled to anyhow as the party political conferences are taking place and, in any event, this normally happens when a new government takes its place.

    • Are you a shill for Boris or just showing your own ignorance of current affairs? There were moves in progress to cancel the usual suspension of parliament for party conferences this year. That is probably one of the reasons for the governments action. Boris seems to be afraid of being held to account by anyone – avoiding parliament and serious interviews in the media. What a coward!
