  1. Why has the SES chairman and former fun park owner been allowed to be on the regeneration board . Both clearly should have to declare and interest in the site and be bared from any vote to do with the area .

    • May be wrong but he leased the fun park and his lease was terminated by EDDC after which he sold e erything and retired.
