  1. If you read some of the prospectus to government on the Heart of the South West devolution bid, its about as robust as a paper doily (remember them?). The claims they make about improving health make me wonder what the NHS has been doing all these years. It must be simple to solve all health issues with no money at all if only they had the expertise of business people involved in defence, nuclear energy and helicopters….
    The scope of their vision is more tunnel than anything else.


  2. Is that it? That is ALL the LEP thinks that the SW has to offer?

    Even as a relative newcomer I know that there is MUCH more to the SW than this!
