It should be noted that in the first, second and fourth photographs the coach is clearly seen to be on the pavement. And yet these vehicles still cannot get past one another.
Adding more HGVs to the traffic mix (to get to an industrial site) can only cause more instances of this, and a greater volume of traffic will mean that the queues are longer.
